Hale O Nahe began with a love for designing interior spaces and making a home personable. Working with my hands to build pieces for those spaces came later. With a mixture of style, Wabi-sabi meets Hawaiian Culture, I create furniture that honors traditional techniques while embracing modern design. Each piece is to feel both rooted and contemporary. From designing to building, each step reflects my passion and craftsmanship.
Every piece begins with a conversation. Whether you have a sketch or an idea, we will work together to determine the dimensions, style, and functional needs of your custom piece.
Let materials lead your build. Inspired by my family’s connection to natural materials, I hand-select responsibly sourced timber so its grain and character enhance your design.
Shaped by traditional joinery and techniques learned at the Chippendale International School of Furniture, each hand-built piece reflects honest craftsmanship and a story worth telling.
"Your home should be a reflection of your journey. At Hale O Nahe, we create more than just furniture—we create the backdrop for your life’s best moments. By infusing every piece with warmth, character, and the spirit of aloha, we help you transform your space into a sanctuary that truly feels like home."
"Traditional weave, carved into wood."
